Crucible Project Soul Groups
(For 1st-Level Retreat graduates)
WHAT WE OFFER
As powerful as our retreat experiences are, we recognize the need for men to continue the work they began at their 1st-Level Retreat on an ongoing basis. Therefore, The Crucible Project offers men the opportunity to join a small circle of men that meets on a regular basis. In these groups men receive support to make the changes they want to make in their lives, pursue a further exploration of their issues and learn new tools that enable them to live more passionate, powerful lives. By creating a safe place of openness and trust, we offer Christian men a unique opportunity to move beyond rote piety and deal honestly and unflinchingly with the good, bad, and ugly sides of life.
THE BENEFITS
As a member of a regular group, you will:
- Have a safe and non-condemning place where you can bring your most difficult issues.
- Find support and positive challenge for the goals you want to reach.
- Learn from the deepest experiences of other men as they share their lives more openly and honestly than perhaps they ever have shared before.
- Have a trained facilitator(s) who will take you and the group deeper in your "soul" work.
- Find, and provide, support to help you be the best man you can be.
THE STRUCTURE
Ideally, groups are comprised of 6-10 men; and they meet 3 times a month. A trained group leader facilitates each session so that men go deeper than the typical men's group. Men may join an existing group, or create a new group with other men following a weekend retreat.
